How long is processing & shipping for a custom wig order?

• please allow 10-15 working days for all units to be completed starting the next working day. This excludes holidays and weekends. shipping is 1-2 days. You will receive tracking information when your wig has been shipped.

How long does it take for me to receive a ready to ship wig?

• Ready to ship wigs are shipped out within 1-2 working days of purchase, sent first class signed for and delivered with 1-2 working days. You will receive an email with your tracking information after your order has been dispatched. 

How long will my wig last?

• Lexwigs unit last 2-3 years with proper care and treatment. We recommend co-washing the unit with non-sulphate shampoos and conditioners.

How do I maintain my wig with proper care?

• please wash and condition your unit at least once a month. If you are unaware of the proper way please let a professional stylist do so to avoid losing the longevity of your unit.

How long does it take for me to receive my bundles?

• Please allow 3-10 working days for bundles to be delivered for UK orders and 5-15 working days for international orders. 

Can the hair be coloured?

• Yes, our hair can be coloured to your desired colour. However, when virgin hair is bleached, the hair is stripped of its natural moisture; therefore the wig needs to be regularly deep conditioned. Excessive bleaching can damage virgin hair. we recommend a professional to bleach and colour the hair.
